About us

ESSENCY and the project ‘People Of A Future World’ was initiated by Andrea Friedrich and Ulrike Engels.

We have been working in the media and communication industry for many years. During our extensive work in filmmaking, copywriting, designing and developing marketing and digital strategies and workshops, we started using methods for our own personal and spiritual development. Fascinated by the diversity of the methods and the positive effects on our own lives and our environment, we've expanded our professional skills and qualifications into new fields, such as alternative practitioners for psychotherapy, somatic trauma therapy, essence work, yoga, mindfulness... 

We merged our media and advertising know-how with our skills in coaching and therapy to propel a global social, sustainable and responsible paradigm shift.

To change the world from inside out we use our collective power to take bold and determined action for our individual, collective and planetary wellbeing.
